My name is Grace and I am here to provide some industry insight into what we seeing, as a result of the remote working imposed by COVID.
We are seeing an increased openness to using tech in the discovery process to replace more traditional manual practices.
This has been confirmed by the increasing number of small-medium sized matters utilising online review platforms.
Whether we revert back to how things were or perhaps this is the new norm, there is no denying tech is here to stay.
